「Amazing welcoming staff even though we were a late check in !」

「The staff were so kind and helpful every time I had questions, the entire property was so clean and beautiful, had such an upscale feel without the upscale price. Most hotels, you could hear people running through the halls and in the pool area, and I expected that being Father’s Day weekend. Was not the case at all. 「The staff was great but our check was not. I have a 6 foot 3 wheelchair man. Booked a wheelchair room but couldn’t get him in the bathroom it only had a bathtub. They changed rooms that accommodated us but the soap stuff was across from the wheelchair seat. We went to use the shower handle and it fell off the wall. It was not fixed for our stay.
