「我第一次住在青年旅舍，非常緊張和擔心。櫃檯人員很敏銳地看到我的緊張，她問我：第一次住青旅嗎？我說是的，她很有耐心地說：我會盡力讓你聽清楚，如果有不明白的請跟我說。
結果，是我最滿意的一次住宿經驗，花錢也買不到的滿意和驚喜。
旅，應該用減法，去掉不必要的裝飾和設施，行，應該用加法，省下來的錢可以多吃幾間餐廳，多看幾間博物館，多長一些見識。
我建議全世界每一個城市都應該有一間像這樣的旅舍，那就走遍世界無煩惱了。」

「Die Badezimmer und Toiletten sind sehr schmutzig. Mein Zimmer war im Keller. Es war stickig. Es gab einen Gemeinschaftsraum, aber keine Möglichkeit, sich umzuziehen. Keine Stühle oder Tische im Zimmer, nur ein Bett. Schmutzige Küche. Schmutzige Bettwäsche. Sehr laut von der Straße. 「Inside where the capsules were it was about 35 degrees. The pod had air but was just circulating the already hot air from the room so did nothing. The pod was ok but dust was found. The bathroom wasn't the best but this be down to other people that used it previously. 」

「There was also a very poor management of the guests, which led to disorder. When I stayed there, there was an insane and unmoral guest. He watched videos loudly after 10pm. I warned him, but he was very rude and only said he would try it. When this was done amongst the guests, the manager was not present, which resulted in a lack of say. This was very unpleasant and led to anxiety.
Also, the hostel was openly groping a woman who was staying in the same room, which was very unpleasant and I felt...

「The property itself is basic, the toilets are almost to small to use, I'm a slm individual, I had trouble with space, you literally can't turn around. The showers were okay, although depending on when you shower, the water is luke warm or slightly cold.
On the plus side it was the cheapest hostel, but came with a few crazy people. (Literally, some of the guests had to be removed.)」

「Nice male receptionist who is not only patient of answering queries from those hostel guests but also provides lots of local sightseeing information to us (e.g. bus routes no., local restaurants & best sightseeing places).
Nice location if you'd like to stay close to the Old Town and lots of nice restaurants in Nowy Świat (the street name) which only takes 5-8 mins from the hostel to the street.」

"The hotel is really nice. It has a beautiful backyard garden. It is very easy to take bus to Chopin airport. The breakfast included was delicious. The room has a state of art control panel for lighting, curtain etc. The shower worked effectively.
The drawbacks are that the room is very small, and there is not much desk space. It is a little noisy when guests walked in hallway. When I checked in and had breakfast, it was very busy due to a conference going on, with many people doing registration.
If you want to visit Warsaw old town, then this might not be good choice since it is too far, however, I like it since easy access to airport which I need for the stay. "
