「I had a great stay at the palms. I stayed for four days for a wedding event that took place in the event center. The staff were warm and most especially Nicholas at the front office also the housekeeping team that came in every morning for the room cleaning. The entire team was helpful.

「Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs.
