「We chose this hotel because it was advertised as pet friendly, which was important for us. The staff were genuinely very sweet and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. That said, the room we were assigned was quite disappointing. It felt run down and didn’t seem very clean, to the point where I kept my shoes on the entire time. The shower itself worked, but the tub spout diverter (the part used to switch water from the showerhead to the bathtub faucet) didn’t function...
