「Very slick check-in with staff who clearly know their job, are all over the systems and clearly want you to have the best stay possible. 「It’s Lovely venue, we arrived late due to traffic congestion on M6 , (think the Hotel Sign just off the Motorway -should direct via the A6 it’s a much better road-than the very rough track -a nightmare from B road- Sat Nav Directions-!,).
