"Absolutely beautiful hotel. In China 5 star doesn’t always mean 5 star but this resort was absolutely clean, modern, and beautiful. We only stayed here for 1 night on a road trip from Haikou to Sanya and it was one of our favorite resorts."

"The room and environment are quite nice, and the hotel is very close to the beach, which is convenient. However, we did not realize that swimming in the sea is not allowed in this area because of strong undercurrents. This is not the hotel’s fault, but it is important information for guests to know. What was unexpected and disappointing was the lack of professionalism among the hotel staff. From this and other details, it appears that the overall management of the hotel is fairly average and...

"Excellent view and easy access to the beach. "

"This Hotel :the room is very clean.the service is good too. the receiption in the front desk is very friendly.the location is nice."

"The hotel appears to be still under construction. Despite its seaside location, it lacks a true resort atmosphere. Furthermore, both the service quality and room cleanliness require significant improvement."

"Good place "

"We spent 30 minutes arguing at check in as the staff told us the booking was for one breakfast only (instead of two) per room. We did bring along a hardcopy of our booking and so we showed them. Apparently in China, guests can opt to have breakfast count different from no. of guests. They finally gave two breakfast per room an hour later after checking with their agency in China."

"Cleanliness and Fresh bed sheet"

"Really nice place ! Great rooms and pools and the beach is great . Did not like the food and the restaurants at the hotels though !!"

"The hotel breakfast is highly recommended. Both Chinese and western cuisines were delicious.it’s great to have a cup of coffee outside while watching sunrise and enjoying the landscape in January."
