Nice place, but grumpy staff with poor service
Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!

Family style hotel-park, with lots of things to do for kids. Works for business trips too, as room had kitchenette that made it easy to cook, and big room with table, wifi suprisingly good, and a nice balcony.

There were not enough parking lots. A great number of cars had to park outside the marked areas for parking. Furthermore, as the check-out time is 10:00, the check-in time should be earlier than 17:00. A very long line of people is trying to check in at 17:00, meaning that check-in takes more than half an hour

Das 80qm-Apartment hat ausreichend Platz gehabt für unseren Aufenthalt und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Den Charme der 70er/80er, den die Gebäude von außen vermitteln, findet man hier gar nicht...im positiven Sinne. Die Ausstattung der Küche können regelmäßig geprüft and angepasst werden (z.B. fehlten Schneidemesser).

Wir (mein Sohn 7 jahre und ich) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Hier gibt es sehr viel zu erleben. Von Minigolf, Badespass bis hin zum Abenteuerland. Echt klasse. Was allerdings nicht so toll war... die Unterkunft. Sie ist in die jahre gekommen, ja da gehe ich noch mit, da sie sauber war. Allerdings, was ich echt schrecklich fand, die Dusche!!!! Sie war dreckig und die Fugen der fliesen waren schimmlig, auch die am boden. Das geht überhaupt nicht. Mit einer ordentlichen Reinigung bekommt man das weg!
