"Great hotel. Great location. New, clean with quite spacious rooms.
One thing I did not like: someone smoked in neighbour room and smoke smell came through the ventilation to my room. Because I am not a smoker it was unpleasant. Otherwise, all good."

"Cloud 9 hotel is a newly built hotel in the heart of luoyang nanda street which is the largest night market in the city. The place is cozy blend with modern and historical architecture which makes this place very enjoyable to stay with. The lady at the front desk Amy speaks English which is a great plus as Luoyang is a smaller city in comparison.
