Had a nice check in. Got upgraded due to lack of availability for what I reserved. Elizabeth was very courteous and accommodating. She should be recognized for her great customer service skills. She spoke to all customers with respect and dignity.

Clean room, crisp clean sheets, fluffy towels. My only complaint was the drapes don't close on the window. The shear drapes did, but the heavier drapes are only a foot wide so they cannot close. There was a bright light outside which went right through the shear curtain. Otherwise...everything was great. Breakfast was also great.

Didn’t experience a problem, so nothing was wrong.

I enjoyed my stay .The room was clean however had a used bar of soap in shower and there were other guest that were very noisy. Front desk staff very nice close to base and a lot of food options nearby . Would stay again

I have stayed here several times during the week for work. On this occasion we stayed over for a weekend to visit my work company and meet up with a few friends. The service was exceptional. I’ve stayed in many places and I usually don’t have room service unless it’s needed. The cleaning staff noticed I didn’t ask for room service, but asked me on several occasions if I wanted fresh towels or needed anything. I truly appreciated that.

Friendly and accommodating

Great time !!!! We had complimentary breakfast and two complimentary bouchers for two drinks at the hotel bar. Friendly service

Came in for business, the desk clerk was very freindly. The check in after reservation was a breeze. Clean room well appointed. Had everything I needed. Quiet, and secure parking, close to everything.
