Find Hotels with a Pool in Walnut, IL

"We didn’t stay. The hotel is under renovation. We couldn’t find the reservation desk. There was no sign indicating where it was located. We ended up getting a room at another hotel in the area."

"Nice hotel but priced for the city when in a small town. Desk clerk was quite not overly friendly. Room had a slight smell think meant be clean smelling but came off a bit fake cover up. Fine for a night due to points I had cost me $10, if had paid the excess of $100 they charge would not stayed here."

"Overall the stay was adequate for a one night stay. Two things to note for improvement however. First for the room, there wasn’t a blanket for the bed. Pretty much just had two sheets which isn’t great to keep warm. Had to turn up the heat in the room, but that isn’t great to sleep as the room got quite warm. Second, the breakfast offerings (even for a complementary hotel breakfast) left A LOT to be desired. Not very good at all from the food down to coffee. Actually walked across the parking lot to the McDonalds for better options (if that says anything). The room itself was decent and the front desk folks were very nice, but not sure the cost is worth the gaps. Likely better to stay at the Holiday Inn Express or at the Hampton Inn over in LaSalle/Peru for better options, but for one night, it served the purpose."

"there was a distinct smell of cigarettes in the lobby. The TV did'nt work. The breakfast was terrible and sparse. The whole place looks neglected. The staff were not professionally dressed. I was there with a team for athletic competition. Breakfast was inedible for them. "

"I like that the website offered...lots of amenities and things to do...but when we got there EVERYTHING was terrible...toilet overflowed..clogged up didn't flush...the air conditioner went down..NO AIR...we ordered a screened in porch..didn't get one even there were ones right across the pool..which is what i thought i ordered instead stuck us in back with a nice expensive golf cart rental we needed to purchase to get around...especially to the toiletsfor our family of 7!!!...7...anyways the store was close...no game...even the t.v didn't work...there is more and i think im entitled a full refund "
