「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile, when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「饭店不是很大，但干净便捷，设施齐全，边上就是电影院，还有超市，Spa，酒吧等，房间里有厨房可以自己做饭，虽然我没有做过，还有一个大冰箱，以后有机会再来。」

「The peppery is well maintained. The room was perfectly cozy and charming. Great shower, quiet, good temp control and overall a pleasant stay. The hotel staff was easy to communicate with and always there if needed. Highly recommend!」

「The hotel was beautiful and the room was fantastic. Property is downtown Cincinnati and really close to Great American Ballpark, Paycor Stadium. Also close to Sotto and great food options. The cafe located in the hotel is a nice option for coffee.」

「Cool atmosphere. Room was great, very clean but it had a faint mildewy smell. Otherwise good stay in a good location in downtown Cincinnati.」
