My only problem was we didn't realize that we had to request room service on line so we had to ask for clean towels because we missed the opportunity to have cleaning service. "

I had the window open most of the time but the noise from the road outside was loud. I reported this for exception who said they would send a technician but this made no difference. The overall standard of the rooms is poor and shabby"
