Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the young lady serving us in the restaurant was a star. Super attentive to everyone and nothing was a problem. The building has a fascinating history, lovely place for a stroll around and also a lovely courtyard.」

Lovely, well kept wall paper and carpets in designs that match the age of the property. Our room appeared to have been recently renovated as the carpet was perfect and the bathroom was pristine! 「The tub is hard to get in and the plastic door above the tub is uneasy to shut, therefore it leaks. The condition is excellent.」

「The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms need some TLC. The Shower would br no good if you were taller or larger in build」

「Very enjoyable comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to others!」

「Bed base dirty And was just to single bed pushed together」

「Excellent stay at the Hopping Hare. Food is really really good and the room was large and comfortable.」

「Friday night sing along right below room. Cleaner not present all the time. Bathroom was across the hall and was cleaned once. Windows were single pane and one lock broken Breakfast was Friday to Sunday only and expensive for what you got.」
