「Gorgeous property, very tastefully decorated. The space is not large, but was very usable and had everything we could need. We loved the extra touches like coffee, bathrobe, information about things to do in steamboat. Our only complaint would be the pullout couch, the bed was very uncomfortable. But we loved this property!」

「We were under the impression that it had a river view by the pictures.. You could hear full conversations of the neighbors as it was a lock off. The mattress was foam and had many holes in the foam no mattress pad, and terribly uncomfortable!!! We saw the holes because the instructions told us we had to strip the bedding when we were through. All the furniture and mattress were from a second hand store or estate sale as we saw price tags. We were very disappointed especially due to the price...

「Fully furnished, including dish soap, laundry soap, etc. Bed was very comfortable, but I had to jump to get into it! Water was very hard, so bring your own moisturizer bath wash.」

「The condo needs to be remodeled. Carpet is worn in places. Knobs for the hot and cold water in tub come off and you need to hold them on to turn on and off the water. Tv remote did not have batteries in it for back bedroom. They came and put in new batteries but still could not get tv in that room to work. Very dark and dimly lit. They could at least put in LED bulbs. No elevator had to walk up to 3rd floor 」

「In a great area - close to restaurants and has a bus stop right next to parking lot to get to slopes. Hot tub was in good condition and easy to walk to. Yes its a bit dated but beds were pretty comfy and had everything we needed for a great weekend skiing. The only thing is that the digital checkout instructions are different than the physical printed ones on site, which is confusing. However communication with host was good and was able to figure out proper check out instructions quickly. Would...

「We had a great stay here to break up our camping trip at Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo was clean and had great access to the park entrance (a 4 min drive) as well as walking access to downtown Grand Lake. We will definitely plan to stay here again on our next trip!」
