「Das Hotel-Team ist sehr unterstützend und freundlich. Besonders die Flexibilität bei der Verschiebung unserer Buchung ohne Stornierungsoption war äußerst hilfreich. Das Zimmer war sauber und leise. The owners are very friendly and eager to make your stay enjoyable. They own and operate an ice cream shop and restaurant with typical German food options adjacent to the hotel. 「Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr zum empfehlen.Personal sehr freundlich, vor allem die freundliche Dame am Frühstücksbuffet. Frühstück mega lecker hervorragende Auswahl hat an nichts gefehlt. Zimmer auch sehr schön (hatten ein Superior Zimmer). Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel. Kommen gerne wieder.」

「到达酒店时门口没有站门童提行李，办理入住和前台反应了之后他们立刻帮忙去搬行李。入住的两天里进出都未见过门口有门童。办理入住时有欢迎饮料，房间宽敞干净，装饰和配色漂亮，客房清洁员很可爱，把我们的墨镜戴在房间里酒店小熊的脸上。本来想尝试酒店的米其林餐厅，被告知周五周六都没有位置了，周日周一不营业。所以想来此吃饭一定要提前预约。不过我认为建议酒店是否可以考虑为住客预留几个餐厅位置。酒店位置很方便，附近有一些餐馆和咖啡厅，离商业街和景点也不远，总体来说是不错的体验」

「A very quiet area and the property was clean and spacious. The shower and bathroom was very good and clean. A lovely place to stay,and local trams are regular and easy to get back into town. Excellent place , I would return and recommend.」

Das Speisenangebot ist vielfältig,regional und sehr lecker. Obwohl das Hotel an einer mäßig befahrenen Straße liegt ist es doch angenehm ruhig. Durch die gute Lage des Hotels erreicht man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten. 」
