"We arrived at 2:45pm. He said our room was ready but would have to charge us $10 to get the key or we had to wait till 3pm. We waited out of principal. Ridiculous! They are also one of the few that charge you $100 as a hold fee for incidentals. Not a hold...a charge. To be returned in 3 to 4 business days! "

Staff polite and helpful. I left some items in my closet and they were very kind and helpful in returning them. Overall a good stay. "
