"The rooms are old and a bit depressing due to the brown colors. However, the windows open for fresh air, the moderate size twin is quite big, and there is a big supermarket in the basement. It is also very close to the train station. Extremely convenient location but rooms seriously need updating."

"We were surprised with the newly renovated hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. When I told him we could not catch the next morning train back to Shin-Osaka with their regular shuttle service, he offered to help us to book taxi and printed out train schedule with platform on/off outlined. View from our corner room 456 was stunning. We booked fish dinner which was good, breakfast was a bit boring Japanese rice but they provide enough coffee for coffee addict ;-)"
