"I would not recommend staying here if you want to get a good night's rest. You can literally hear everything through the walls, conversations, doors opening, footsteps, etc. Tried calling management to change my room, but they did not respond to my messages or answer the phone. Very disappointed, in particular to the response I received after I had checked out (see email acknowledging the issue)."

"We are given handicap room that’s ok but shower heater didn’t work and weather was pretty cold. We have not seen any staff we arrived after hrs. I don’t mind going back and staying there again. Hopefully next time bathroom heater will work 😁"
