"Nice hotel with many facilities at a good price in a nice area. Room is clean and dining is convenient. Close to shopping and parks. The only thing that is unusual is that they won’t let you check in even it’s only 3 minutes before 3:00pm. "

There are many nearby attractions to visit, and the staff have great recommendations. I definitely will be back here on my next trip to Fairbanks. "

"Our stay was so off the charts amazing we're not sure how to even begin our review of the Bed and Breakfast ~ imagine being your grandmother's favorite grandchild and walking into her home and being embraced by the aroma of gingerbread cookies and every other smell that is so delicious it takes your breath away and then imagine being greeted by the proprietress {that would be Jill} and warmly greeted and welcomed to this amazing property that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places ~ taken on a tour of the beyond beautiful home then taken to your room that is even more perfect than the brochure shows and then awaken to the most delicious mouthwatering homecooked breakfast imaginable...joining the hosts Scott and Jill and other guests for breakfast ~ coffee and conversation memory making and good cheer! "Located in a quiet, yet very close to all life necessities, this clean property is a great find. The owner is an excellent communicator. Besides sending us all necessary info before our arrival, he checked in on us during our stay. The king mattress was very firm, as we like it. There were extra pillows, blankets, portable fan in the apartment. We took advantage of the coin operated community washers an dryers in the basement."
