Both of our evenings the TV was cutting out and pixelating. Apparently this was blamed on the cable company. With the thermostat at it's coolest setting, it was still too warm in the room. The carpet had a stain right in the center of the room.
Personnel were pleasant and the breakfast was nicely done. Apparently the hotel is owned by the tour companies who may be putting profits above customer satisfaction, a short sighted approach. When we checked out I listed the deficiencies noted during our stay and the agent wrote them down but said any discount or compensation would have to come through Expedia. I purchased travel insurance when I made my reservations. I am not sure if that is any help or not. Considering that we paid about $300.00 for off season rooms I expected better. So here I am communicating with Expedia. Is there anything that can be done for us? Tom
