Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
Had no problems staying at this hotel. Rooms and beds were clean. Staff was helpful and the view of the Falls was great!

Close to amenities but still in a bit industrial part of town. So walking with snow on sidewalks is a bit of a gamble.
