Visited during the Kona storm. Was not able to use pool as much as would have liked. The grounds of the property is beautiful even in the rain. Loved being able to watch the dolphins from my balcony every morning when drinking coffee and watching the rain.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings’ Land Waikoloa
It is not a hotel or resort unit. It is a time sharing unit. Nice pools and golf course. It is very clean and huge. Just remember to bring you tooth brush and paste, may be slippers.

Beautiful beach! Enough lounge chairs. We used the cabanas two days. Food and drinks are good. Any issue you needed help with was immediately taken care of.
