「The biggest issue was the confusing check-in process and inaccurate listing. The actual condo had a different name from the one shown online, and it was located at a different address than the location listed. We had to dig through Expedia messages to find the check-in instructions, and it took us nearly two hours to figure out where to go. 「Quiet and clean! Spent the week with my daughter and had such a wonderful vacation. Located on the west side of Maui, near so many sandy beaches and restaurants. Snorkeled at Black Rock beach and swam with the sea turtles and fish only found in Hawaii . The condo had a full kitchen that we used through-out the stay. We never ran out of things to do. 「A great location, and very comfortable beds but the property is outdated, there was no cleaning service for the whole week, and we had the same beach towels for the duration. There were roaches in the kitchen, we were woken a couple of times by the loudest possible leaf blower at 6am. Also, you have to hand wash your own dishes which is fine but the previous guests didn't do it well so our first meal was on somewhat dirty dishes. All in all it wasn't bad enough to ruin our vacation but it didn’t...

「员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。」

「Awesome Maui Vista is our New Home away from Home. The condo has the essentials and honestly more than we personally needed. Being able to walk across the street to Charley Young Beach was so convenient and where we spent most of our time. There are 2 shopping centers close by just a 10-15 minute walk in either direction」
