Excellent location, can walk to several restaurants, shopping, beaches. Incredible spot to stay. Didnt take advantage of the pool because we chose to hit the beaches. We were happy with everything except the largest black cockroach that we found in our room on night 2. Now apparently they are their "national bird" and they thrive in this type of environment. But we were from Canada and I didnt even know cockroaches came that large. It was three times larger than a beetle or grasshopper. It was awful. They upgraded us to another room but i was about to just leave. We come to Hawaii 4 times a year and i have never ever seen them before. But staff was so accomodating. Best parking prices too. They only do valet but it was $40 a day.

Beauty property and facilities. Location is awesome, tucked away with privacy but access to everything needed, not far away.

We love their free buffet breakfast. Convinient to store, restaurant and beach. Oudated resort but they maintain everything clean. One thing my complain they’re bathroom should have an exhaust fan. Definitely we will book here again to our next visit in Waikiki and we’re highly recommend them.

The staff were incredible and we loved our ocean view. Only issue was the elevators but other than that it was top notch. We will definitely be back!
