Old hotel but great staff, they go out of way to serve you. Great views from the Hotel. We are one of the two customers staying on that day. Staff cooked breakfast specially for us at the time convenient for us. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are not looking for a fancy Hotel but interested in the views and service.

Excellent hotel, staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and big, bathroom / shower facilities are good. Didn't get to use the swimming pool but pool table was good fun especially since I was traveling with friends. Location is excellent, 5 mins away from Petra entrance.

Lovely room, modern bathroom and best pillows on whole trip (including places 3 times the price). Pool is a little disappointing, but that's not the reason you are here. Easy walk into town (few good restaurants on right), and short drive to Petra parking.

Great Stay (if you don't mind the smell of smoke)

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay in Tetra Tree Hotel. We were a bit frustrated that we had booked connecting rooms, and were given rooms across the hall, but appreciated the hotel's efforts to apologize with a free breakfast as well as fruit baskets. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We downgraded on comfort/cleanliness because though the rooms are non-smoking, the hallway, lobby, and upstairs almost always smelled of smoke, and the smell often entered the rooms from the hallway. Given that several of us are very sensitive to smoke, that was a bit annoying as well. If you don't mind the smell of smoke, it is a great place to stay, most rooms have a nice view, and we enjoyed the pool (and pool table) downstairs.

This was by far the best hotel we could even imagine. The staff really went above and beyond. The food is to die for. A lovely 3 course Dinner for a very reasonable price.
