"Stay was good, however communication with hotel before was terrible, I messaged about food (as I’m vegetarian ) and about tours and they never replied, I then booked outside and the hotel asked why I didn’t book with them. Food was good (good choice for vegetarian), the team were lovely and tour was good through hotel. "

"Raad and his brothers were very good hosts, attentive to all needs, and informative, over dinner and a campfire chat, about the Bedouin relation to Wadi Rum. The location of the camp is, of course, stunning, and the jeep tour well worth it. "

"Everything was perfect, they helped me all the time and drove me to the JETT Bus Station to go back to Amman by myself. I made a camel tour on the sunrise and also was amazing. I would come back for sure. "

"The camp is off of a dirt road but there are signs to direct you to it. They were very friendly and helpful at check-in. Buffet dinner is only served at 8 pm and no other food is available so come prepared to wait to eat. Food was delicious. Breakfast was also good. "

"Atallah didn't know or forgot he had a reservation. A few different guides and accommodations' people called Atallah for me (closed/no answer) or commented that Atallah didn't have any reservations. Seems like they all know each other; and 'Atallah" is a common name. But, it came down to me leaving Wadi Rum for Aqaba instead."

"So amazing!!!Beautiful. Omar was so nice. Our tent was lovely. Breakfast fantastic. And the sunrise, breathtaking. We had a couple hour early morning tour. The tour was great. Couldn’t have asked for anything more from our guide. The only negative thing was lack of warm water in the shower. And I’m reluctant to mention that because everything else was amazing. "

"If you want a true Jordanian experience this is the place for you. The hotel staff make you feel like part of the family. We found the stay a very humbling one. The accommodation is basic but that is clear prior to booking. the bathrooms are very good, clean and have hot water etc. Views from the room are exceptional. and the hosts are very friendly and will arrange you Dana treks and other services for you if required. Bovendien hadden we via Expedia laten weten dat we het diner wilden gebruiken, maar bij aankomst was er geen eten. De badkamer was een ramp, Wc-bril kapot, douchewater liep regelrecht het badkamertje in, ondanks door ons zelf aangebrachte verbeteringen aan de ophanging van het douchegordijn.
