「We had a superior sea facing suite, but on entrance we were disappointed and unsure if we had been given the correct room. It was located on the first floor and at the end of the main building. At first sight it all looked great but soon it became apparent that more care is required. Dents in floor, old, sagging furniture, balcony floor stained, a very small tv in the lounge, just a general feel. The suite was very spacious and with a great and fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and...

「We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

「The room was excellent the bathroom a little tired with no separate shower. There was no hot water on one of the mornings. The view from the room/balcony was stunning. The continental breakfast was good although there were no warm croissants. The cooked breakfasts were not very freshly cooked, especially the scrambled eggs and bacon. The Bay Bar staff were very pleasant and the food excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it and would stay there again.」
