「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」

「The room was very clean other than they have carpet and I never feel like carpet is really clean. The lobby and hotel inside were very clean and well kept. However the outside could be made to look abit nicer. The one thing that I felt could have been better is having security near the main front door to try to keep the homeless people from begging to guests at the front door. It made me feel uncomfortable around the hotel grounds. But again I understand there isn’t much that can be done about...

「The hotel was conveniently situated in downtown and you can walk out and find many restaurants and shops along Water Street, which is closed off to cars in the summer. It’s a short drive to Signal Hill and Cape Spears whereas it is within walking distance to the Rooms, Jellybean Row, and the Basilica. The room is equipped with a Nespresso machine and pods for your convenience. There is also paid parking underground.」

「I really have nothing to say in reference to liking the property. I was very surprised. It was probably one of the worst hotels or in. I should say that I’ve ever been in. We booked because it was walking distance to a concert there. The lady on the front desk, Nora was very kind and helping us through the ordeal, but in regards to management the manager, Natasha was not accommodating when it came to refunding our booking. 「The room was clean, but was a little stuffy. The chair needs to be replaced, it’s old, no support and seemed kind of dirty. Would have been nice to open the window or to have somewhere to sit outside. The walls are very thin, you could hear everything going on.」
