"Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests.
I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable.
Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. "
