"The silicone caulk along the corner-edge of the standing shower appeared to have some black mold spots. The rubber-like glasses cushion in the bathroom covered mostly with black layers of buildup either accumulated dust or black mold. The laminated floor in the foods counters section of the breakfast area needed replacement. Most of everything else are fantastic."

"The property was beautifully landscaped, the service was impeccable and the cooking class was fantastic. The bahn xeo was the best I have had in Vietnam so far, and we are 2 weeks after our stay. The rest of the food was amazing! Vinh is a great host and you are in a jungle village in the middle of nowhere on the Mekong Delta. An amazing experience. As a side note, the room is basic and there is no air conditioning, but the night does cool off and there are multiple fans in the room."
