"The room was spacious and nice. We arrived late at night (10 pm ish) and had to call the hotel three times for the shuttle. The total wait time was almost an hour. Everytime we called we were told 10 minutesā€¦. The breakfast was amazing and some of the best food I have ever had. The front desk seemed annoyed with any questions on both stays so we avoided them. I did not think they were friendly which was strange as everywhere else (La Fortuna) was super friendly. On our second stay the shuttle was a 2 minute drive and was available to just walk on. The convience of the shuttle was amazing on the way back- The hour wait coming in was horrible as you get bombarded with people trying to offer you rides and sell you things while you wait at the airport- very uncomfortable."
