「Our room was originally full of beetles, we got switched to a different room but it also had many beetles everywhere. They said it's the seasonal beetle but I would imagine a 5 star hotel can spray against them? They were just everywhere in the room. Also the room was not very well maintained. The staff was very helpful I'll give them that. But other than that it's not really a 5 star hotel.」

「The hotel was ok - good location but the bars and restaurants along the road were very average and a bit rough and ready. The hotel was fine but breakfast was basic with the same selection that you would get in any hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy and well maintained. The allocation of sun beds for your stay seemed fine when we arrived but as time goes by you may want to try another area. Also, the sun shades are fixed and can not be moved. 「The bed was supposed to be one bed for me and my husband and it was two single beds pushed together which was very uncomfortable. Other than bed and not enough pillows was good. I have stayed here before and room was much better for a couple. 」

「Mixed vibes from the staff, they were very friendly during break and when we checked out, however, upon our arrival, the guy at the reception was far from being friendly.... The rooms themselves could use a good refurbishment.... The wood had holes in it from a long decay plus there were strains everywhere. Breakfast is a bit odd as well, they will make an omelette or a nice cup of cappuccino for you, but you have to ask and sometimes no one is present near the relevant stations」

「The hotel has quite a lot of guests, and the pool area can feel a bit crowded. The space between the pool and the sunbeds is narrow, and some guests slipped there. However, the food at the Italian restaurant in the hotel was excellent.」
