「The flat was just perfect, everything is new, functional, clean, quiet, good bed, soap/shampoo included, complimentary bottle of water/coffee/tea. The person welcoming you is really nice and helpful. It's close to the city center (10min walk). They put you in relation with a reliable taxi driver. I just stayed one night before my flight, but it's really great.」

「This apartment has so much potential, but it's been neglected over several years, and is uncomfortable. We didn't enjoy our stay. The only plus points are the balcony, the location, and the spacious size of the apartment. Kitchen sink - no hot water, only one of the taps worked. Cooker - no rails in the oven, no oven trays. This meant you couldn't use the oven, not even to heat a pizza. I assume this was deliberate to avoid cleaning costs. But it's unfair on the customers who want to cook at...
