I have stayed a few times ar this hotel it is perfect for a short stay, it is very clean , all working air con , comfy beds, decent bathrooms, clean pool lovely staff, nice couple of local tavernas for fab food, easy walk to the square and not that far to the front strip where you can get a bus to where you want or cut through the square to the 'love napa' statue where the central bus exchange is.

Really nice staff. Friendly and helpful. Lovely big bed, nice balcony. Pillows weren’t great. But an area that was far enough away from the strip that it was quiet. Very good value for money

My stay at the A. Maos was fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised, as value accommodation usually has some concerns. The hotel has everything you could possible need, it’s a family run business and the staff all want to make your stay pleasant. Location was ideal, walking distance to the night life but far enough away to avoid the all night noise. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The bar is open all hours and the food is delicious. Thank you for the great hospitality and a fantastic holiday.

Would highly recommend!

Extremely clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy to get to with shuttle airport bus and a 5 minute walk. Close to 2 great Greek restaurants. Comfortable room and wonderful pool.

Great value for money

This hotel is a great value for money option in the centre of Ayia Napa. Not even 5 minutes on food to the square. It's decent accommodation with AC. The best thing about it is the staff. The fliendliest pool bar manager who remembers your order every morning. Great food at great prices. A fantastic place if you're looking for somewhere cheap and decent. Recommend!

I will not recommend this property to anyone and I am very serious as the feedback involves safety and security. I was threatened by the receptionist Mr Hammad who also used obscene language with me and family. Reviewers may wonder what led him to do so and I also wonder and the only reason I could only think of is that he is either racist or a drug addict. The incident required that I contact the police. I will never return to this hotel. As a female with a child, I checked out immediately after the incident. This is in addition to other factors that involve cleanliness and noise.

Majoituimme hotellissa lokakuun ensimmäisellä viikolla. Hotelli oli päällisin puolin siisti, uusittua pintaa. Huoneemme oli pelkistetty versio hotellihuoneesta, periaatteessa kaikki tarvittava löytyi, mutta siinä se olikin. Huoneen sisäilma todella todella huono, viemärit ja hanat haiskahtivat vahvasti homeelle, vesi haisi homeelle joka paikassa (allas suihkus myöten). WC oli todella tunkkainen viemärimäinenhaju ja pahasti homeen hajuinen sekä WC pönttö haisi, WC ovea ei voinut jättää hetkeksikään auki, koska se haju olisi levinnyt koko huoneistoon. Yöllä ei ilma vaihtunut yhtään, ja öiden jälkeen todella vaikea hengittää, koska oli niin tukossa yön jälkeen, astmaatikkona jouduin ottamaan avaavaa suurilla annoksilla jotta pystyin olemaan. Huoneeseen sisältyi kaksi siivousta, siivouksen taso aika pikainen ja todella pintapuolinen. Itse vein roskat joka päivä pois. Sijainti hotellilla oli tosi hyvä, lyhyt matka kävellen joka paikkaan. Henkilökunta todella ystävällinen, vaikkakin palautetta huono ottamaan vastaan.

ho soggiornato in questa struttura per cinque giorni devo dire che mi sono sentito subito a mio agio: il personale veramente cordialissimo, super gentile e disponibile. la camera inoltre l’ho trovata in ottimo stato e per fortuna non c’è stato alcun inconveniente. quando tornerò ad ayia napa tornerò a soggiornare in questa struttura

En del larm om natten fra unge mennesker vi blev vækket op til flere gange om natten . Vi fik kun gjort gulvet rent en gang men skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder to gange . Men ellers et fint hotel og venligt personale :)

Séjour parfait !

Séjour de 4 nuits parfait ! Emplacement idéal, parking , très bonne literie, balcon très appréciable. Cuisine de l’appartement bien pratique. Hôtel très calme. Accueil charmant . L’on s’est simplement étonné que , lors de changement de draps, les lits n’aient été refaits qu’à moitié… Nous n’avons pas eu le loisir d’essayer la piscine mais la vue du balcon nous réjouissait. Splendides couchers de soleil.

Ett välskött hotell med en hel del fina växter på olika ställen runt hotellbyggnaden. Välskött pool och gott om solstolar. Parkeringen för cirka 7 bilar på gården. Vi fick alltid perkering under våra 13 nätter på hotellet. Bra bar med bord och stolar. Det serverades lite enklare mat av bra kvalitet. Vi hade ett Studio Superior rum. Kök med två plattor och ett kylskåp. Det fanns ett kokkärl och en stekpanna. Vattenkokare och brödrost. Porslin och bestick till 2 personer. Ngr få andra redskap. Havsglimt och utsikt över staden. Rummen är välsisolerade. Men inte dörrarna... Välj rummen vid poolen om ni vill slippa störande ljud från trapphuset. Det var många unga männskor som bodde på hotellet. De kom oftavhem sent på natten... Men vi personligen bryr oss inte om sådant. Mycket trevliga människor som arbetade på hotellet. Bra städning var tredje dag.
