「Excellent value hotel - clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool looked nice (unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't get to take advantage of it). Staff was friendly. 「The lake view is beyond beautiful. The staff was excellent and kind. It rained while we were there so we didn’t get to swim in the lake like we wanted to but it was still beautiful. The Swiss flag on the rock is directly behind the hotel. No valet parking, kind of rude people asked us to move the car prior to even walking up to the desk to check-in to ask where the proper place to park. We’ve never been here!
