Value for money, we did not pay a lot so did not expect a lot but were pleasantly suprised. Standard room, no fuss, bit dated, but despite being in center of town quiet. We do not mind coming back. Parking a bit of a challenge though so keep that in mind, old town, small streets.

Très bon séjour !

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel du Commerce où nous avons passé 2x 1 nuit. Les propriétaires sont agréables, à l’écoute et disponibles pour leur clientèle. On voit qu’ils ont à cœur de rendre l’hôtel encore plus agréable ! Mention spéciale au restaurant où l’on mange de très bons produits. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! :)

Bonjour hôtel propre mais vieillot. La chambre familiale est un peu petite. Une modernisation des chambres semblent necessaires. Les proprietaires sont charlants. Mais pas d'accueil à notre arrivée. Les clefs étaient sur le comptoir avec notre nom. En revanche le restaurant n'est pas mal mais le prix du menu un peu ékevé compte tenu de la qualité du fois gras. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Les enfants ont eu du mal à s'endormir. Moyen

Hôtel avec un personnel agréable et souriant

Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. L'hôtel se situe en plein centre de volvic mais il n'a pas de parking ni de Spa contrairement au descriptif mis sur le site hôtel.com. Il y a le parking de l'église mais il était occupé pour un concert. Stationnement en zone bleue. Dîner la saucisse aligot un régal, petit déjeuner classique avec croissants, yaourts. A savoir les cloches de l'église sonnent toutes les heures, et 2 fois à chaque heure, même la nuit

Chambre correct mais douche jaune maronasse

Chambre correct et propre vu le prix MAIS la douche était tellement vieille qu'elle était jaune marronasse et le fond tout décroché. Franchement j'ai hésité à me laver. C'est pas possible d'avoir ça comme douche. J'ai visité une autre chambre ou la douche était correct mais cette chambre ne devrait pas être proposée au client dans cet état la.
