Der Gastgeber hat mich äußerst kalt und unwillig empfangen und dann behauptet, es läge keine Buchung und auch keine Bezahlung meinerseits vor. Dies obwohl ich ihm meinen hotel.com - Beleg zeigen konnte und die Abbuchung auf meinem Smart phone vorweisen konnte. Ich musste das Zimmer neuerlich bezahlen und man meinte ich wäre wohl auf eine fake-Seite hereingefallen.Später wollt eich dem Besitzer noch die e-mails von hotel.com vorlegen,... er hat mich einfach ignoriert und mit jemand anderem gesprochen, ohne mich auch nur zur Kenntnis zu nehmen. Am nächsten Tag zahlte mir die Besitzerin das Geld zurück, offenbar haben sie doch eine Buchung gefunden. Keine Entschuldigung von Seiten des Besitzers. (ich habe sogar den Verdacht, dass es sich um Vorsatz handetlte, da die neue Rechnung plötzlich auf meinen vollständigen Namen ausgestellt war, den ich nie genannt hatte!!!)

Un peu déçus par rapport à l'annonce

Le wifi ne fonctionnait qu'au rez-de-chaussée pas dans la chambre, pas assez de prise électrique, pas d'interrupteur vers le lit 2 personnes. Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Il manquait une serviette de rechange pour les mains. Les gérants de l'établissement assez distants

La plate-forme Hôtels.com n’a pas réglé l’hôtel mais nous a prélever sur notre compte. Nous avons dû payer une 2ème fois nos nuitées. C’est scandaleux. Plus jamais sur ce site, hôtel miteux qui plus ait. Tout faux.

Notre arrivé c’est faite le lundi 26 mai 2025 nous avion réserver sur hôtel.com A notre arrivée on nous demande de repayer la chambre ce qui était déjà fait avec hôtel.com à hauteur de 61,75€ hors taxe de séjours ce qui est payant à l’arrivée. Et on nous demande de repayer une somme de 49,95€ ce qui comprend la chambre et les taxe de séjours. Cela est inacceptable Et nous attendons un remboursement de la part de Hotel.com

Nous étions rendu à Marseille le 23/07/2022, après un excellent séjour passé à Nice, pour visiter les Calanques. Suite à l'impossibilité manifeste d'avoir un hébergement AirBN approprié, nous nous étions rabattu sur la réservation d'hôtel sur Internet. Et nous étions tombé sur le site TRIVAGO où il était indiqué un hôtel situé à 9 km du Centre de Marseille à un prix que nous avions trouvé démocratique pour deux nuitées (entrée le 23/07 et sortie le 25/07/2022). Au cours du processus de réservation en ligne, une demande d'acompte obligatoire est apparue. Que fut notre horrible surprise quand le chauffeur de taxi Uber commandé à notre arrivée à la Gare de Marseille Saint Charles nous avait signalé que l'hôtel, en l'occurrence Hôtel - Bar restaurant Le Cesar, se trouvait à plus de 400 km de Marseille et non à 9 km du centre de cette ville. Il a conseillé de supprimer sans frais notre commande. Nous avions immédiatement appelé l'hôtel ( 33 4 73 35 80 15) une première fois (19:42; 15 secondes) sans succès et une deuxième fois (19:55; 7 minutes) avec un contact fort correct et effectif. Sur la base des explications que nous avions fourni, le commerçant nous avait assuré que notre carte Mastercard ne serait pas débité de l'acompte et que cela n'était donc pas nécessaire de bloquer notre carte. Nous avions suivi ces bons conseils dans la confiance. Toutefois l'hôtel a mangé sa parole en débitant notre carte de 130,00 eur. Une arnaque inacceptable pour nous !

Personnel agréable, mais les services compris ne sont pas présents. (pas de TV, pas de bouchon pour la baignoire,...) D'après leur site internet, l'hôtel a été rénové mais c'est toujours resté à l'ancienne. La situation est bonne pour visiter les volcans et la ville.

Hôtel a éviter

Hôtelier désagréable et mal polis me disant que ma réservation n'est pas valable malgré réservation non remboursable sur EXPEDIA.Fr . Il a tenter de me faire payer une chambre plus chère que j'ai refuser. Femme de ménage ouvre la porte de la chambre a 09h30 du matin alors que nous dormirons avec ma compagne. Je vous decommande cet hôtel.

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Si le look de l'hôtel est très kitsch, le personnel aussi bien à l'accueil qu'au restaurant est extrêmement accueillant et serviable. La chambre pour 4 n'est pas des plus confortable mais elle est fonctionnelle et imbattable niveau tarif 70€. Une bonne adresse pour une nuit étape sur la route des vacances.

Correct pour un hotel étape

hotel étape correct, très propre, mais petit déjeuner en sus un peu décevant quant au prix. Chambre famille un peu décevante, 2 lits jumeaux corrects mais un lit 2 place pliant :( très moyen niveau confort
