The room smelled of cigarette smoke when we checked in. I called front desk right away and ask for room change- he just said no room available ..."

"I was given a room on the third floor furthest possible area by passing construction being done in 2 rooms.I asked to be moved to first floor but put on second.Room was good but shower was not clean leaving previous guests hair in shower.Hotel was quiet.No breakfast only for purchase."
