"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. "The riad is pretty average. Staff is also average. What ruined my experience is that they have a caged bird in the main area of the riad who has no stimulation (no toys or anything) and only has 1 perch. The bird is stuck there sitting on a single perch all day with nothing to do, no sunshine, no enrichment, just stuck. Really ruined the vibe for me, I felt really bad for that bird. If you try to go in the pool, the bird tries to get your attention so someone can play with it. Just very sad....

"It’s situated within the medina which is ideal although you will need to walk a little way from the Main Street to access it. It was down a dirty alleyway with some cats and poo which wasn’t nice. It’s not their area but perhaps they may need to consider how to make that first area more appealing to guests as it looks awful. Inside it was a very nicely decorated Riad. Breakfast was good and useful. I would say if visiting in winter months that this Riad was very cold. The air con didn’t seem to work in heating up the room. This was the one place where I could see my breath so that was a bit of a drawback. I’m sure in the warmer months it’s very comfortable. "

You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."
