"Hotel Bristol Palace is a beautiful historic property in an excellent location for exploring Genoa. We walked to many of the major attractions, restaurants, aquarium, Piazza De Ferrari, and Columbus House. The hotel itself is elegant, bed exceptionally comfortable, and sheets and pillows among the best of our trip. The terrace restaurant is lovely. "A beautiful old palace turned into a hotel! Very tastefully decorated, the rooms have all the modern amenities you'd wish from a hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. Great breakfast buffet!"

"Probably the best hotel room I have stayed in for a long time - everything was well designed, thought through and well maintained. The only fault I could find (and I’m very fussy) was that you had to unplug the fridge to plug the kettle in … otherwise perfect! Oh - and loved the old style elevator - even if the customers were hopeless at shutting the door properly so the staff had to keep running up and down the stairs to sort it out !!"
