雪の日は坂道が危険

坂道が急です。 雪が降って凍ると、駅からの急な坂道とホテル前の緩やかな坂道は凍ってツルツルして危険です。地元の方も滑ってました。 夜、空港から駅に到着して近い場所・バスタブのあるホテルを探してこちらを予約しました。暗くなった20〜21時頃でも安心して歩けます。 バスタブは、膝を抱えて座るいわゆる体育座り三角座りのようにして半身浴できる小さなものです。それでも無いよりはましです。 夜のお誘いの電話、女性にも男性からかかってきます。 ２３時にいきなり部屋の電話が鳴り、「もしもし〜」と独特な外国人訛りの言葉。即切りました。

シャワーの温度調節以外は満足

ウラジオストク駅からの近さと、日本人観光客の利用が多いという事で選びました。 チェックインは手続きで多少待ちましたが、意思疎通に困るようなやりとりはなく、ルームサービスや部屋に有料のものがないのでデポジットもなし。 一人旅でスイートでしたので、広さは十分すぎるくらい。トイレが２つ（トイレ＆洗面台のみと、バスルームに付いているのと）あったのは何気に便利。 アメニティは、バスルームにシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープ・ボディクリーム・シャワーキャップ・歯ブラシセット・バニティキットがポーチ入りであり、あと各洗面台に石鹸１つずつ。 バスタオル２枚・フェイスタオル計４枚、バスローブ２着とリネン類が２人分あり、ノートPCなど貴重品があるけど金庫が無かったので、２泊滞在中のルームメイクは辞退しましたが何の問題もありませんでした。 各フロアのエレベーター付近にウォーターサーバー（温・冷）があり、部屋に１Lくらい入るピッチャーがあったので、滞在中は大いに利用しました。湯沸かしポットも大きめのものがあり、ティーカップ＆ソーサー４組、グラス類たくさん、カトラリーも。あと、ラゲッジラック？があれば尚良かったかも。（スーツケースは床置きしてました。） ベッドが硬かったのは私には良かったのですが、枕の高さが合わず、持参したブランケットを丸めて枕がわりにしてました。 唯一苦労したのが、シャワーの湯温が調節しづらかった事。湯と水の栓がそれぞれあって調節するタイプなのですが、湯はすぐに出るものの水がすぐには出ないのか、なかなか適温にならず。しばらくすると水が出過ぎててぬるくなったり、かといって水を少なくしていくと逆に熱くなったり。栓をひねってから反映されるまでにえらい時間がかかるのか。。。？ 併設のレストランやパン屋は機会がなく利用しませんでしたが、次回宿泊の際はぜひ利用してみたいと思います。 ３階の海側でしたので、窓からはそれなりに良い景色が見れました。

神対応のホテル。 帰国前日にマリインスキーにオペラ観に行った帰りにいつも使ってるYandexでホテルまで戻ったのですが降りて直ぐに携帯をTaxiに忘れたことが判明！(23時) 運転手戻ってくれるか暫く待っても兆しなくフロントのおばさま2名に泣きを入れた所、すごく親身に色々と1時間近く電話してくれて結果、帰国日の朝に携帯が戻ってきました！ 写真のアップロードが出来て無かった(ホテルのwi-fi繋がらず、ロシアのSIMが必要？)ので戻ってきて本当に良かったです。 セカンドの携帯で位置情報も判ってて呼び出し音出して電源落とされた時は絶対戻ってこないと思ってたので本当に良かったです。 ホテルのおばさまがYandexに電話して運転手見つけて交渉して頂けなければそのまま転売されてたのかなぁと思いました。(電源オフされたのがキタイスキー市場近く、運転手はとても良い人だったのですが) ご対応頂き本当にありがとうございました！ 皆さまもウラジオに行く際は、神対応してくれるプリモリエを是非！

룸컨디션은 좋았어요! 욕실에 있는 욕조도 크고, 빨래건조대도 있고, 와인잔 및 접시 커트러리 준비되어 있어서 편했습니다~ 그런데 러시아 특유의 냄새? 향? 이 복도에서 계속나서.. 복도냄새는 별로였음~ 그래도 우리방에는 창문이 있어서 환기도 잘되고 좋았음^^

廊下で話す人の声や物音が結構聞こえる。 設備は古く、洗面台の排水口からのにおいが気になるが、清潔に保たれている。 空調が少し暑かった。 アクセスは非常によく、観光に便利。 近くにスーパーもあるので買い物も便利だし、エントランス前の車の通りも落ち着いており立地は良い。

여행에서 맛 볼수 있는 극한경험, 최악을 경험하고 싶다면 프리모리예 호텔에 투숙하세요. 절대 선택하지 마세요!! 저는 가족과 2박 했는데요. 둘쨋날 윗층의 소음으로 인해 밤새 잠을 이루지 못했고(저녁 11시~ 새벽3시) 악몽같은 숙박을 했습니다. 방음이 안되어 복도의 자그만 소음도 여과없이 들리고, 가장 최악은 윗층의 하이힐인지 신발소리(층간소음)가 딱.딱!! 움짓일 때마다 들리는데 장말 악몽같은 밤이었습니다. 전화로 컴플레인 해서 현장에 와서 듣고도 티비소리라고 하질 않나.. TV소리는 그렇게 크게 들려도 되나?? 너무 말이 안통해 윗층의 신발소리 소음을 녹음해서 들려주니까 새벽 3:30 분 경에서야 방을 바꿔 줄테니 옮기라고 하질 않나? 어떻게 그 시간에 짐 다시 싸서 옮기나?? 블라디보스톡 여행, 완전히 망쳤습니다. 다음날 피곤해서 밥맛도 없고 힘든 여행이 되었네요.

比較的綺麗なホテルでサービスも良く。併設されてるレストランは24時間やってるので助かります。喫煙所も屋内にあり、英語が使えるのでロシア語が出来なくても何となくコミュニケーションが取れます。

2回目の滞在の感想

駅から近くバスや電車に乗るにも便利。朝食が6時からなので早い出発の場合大変に便利。 日本人に対しての対応が慣れている。部屋の清掃も良い。 エレベーター近くに無料のお湯や水が用意されている。 トイレの流れも良い。お湯の出も良い、但しシングルレバーのハンドルを回す位置は逆なの注意が必要。アメニティーは必要最小限あり。WiFiは問題なし。 備え付けのティッシュが少ない。 朝食の種類は少ないと感じるがこの価格なら不満なし。朝食時部屋の番号を聞かないことがある。 廊下の声がよく聞こえる。 洗面台が小さく顔を洗った後注意しないと鏡下のトレイに頭をぶつける。

フロントの方がとても親切に英語で対応してくれました。きちんと引き継ぎもしていただきありがたかったです。 お水が欲しいときは廊下のウォーターサーバーを利用するしかないので、ほかのホテルと比べるとちょっと不便でしたが問題はないです。立地は最高です。併設するパン屋さんを利用したかったです。

스위트룸을 3박 4일간 사용했는데 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 다른 후기와 달리, 호텔 조식도 좋았고 조식 식당이 맛집이라 사용하기가 편리했습니다. 한국 편의점도 가깝고 아르바트까지도 걸어서 갈수 있어 좋았어요 기타 호텔 비품도 요청하면 바로 가져다 주고 목욕탕 수압도 좋고 물도 깨끗했습니다.

駅から近く、周辺の治安も良いです。 徒歩圏内に24時間やってるコンビニのようなお店があります。 フロントは簡単な英語が通じます。 トイレにペーパーが流せます。 シャワーはお湯がすぐ出ますし、水にもなりません。 シャワーの水はためるとうっすら茶色く濁っているのがわかりますが、ウラジオストクの上水自体がそうみたいです。 フロアにウォーターサーバーがあるので口をゆすいだり、飲水には困りませんでした。 朝食ビュッフェは質素ですが、ドリンクが数種類ありますし、なぜかピザもあり、必要十分だと思います。 個人的には蕎麦の実が食べれたのが面白かったです。 ホテル併設のレストランで夕食を食べましたが、安くておいしかったです。（宿泊者は10%オフになります） ウラジオストク初めてなので無難なホテルをと思って選びましたが、当たりでした。 次があればまた泊まってもよいと思えます。
