Very nice and helpful staff. I realized I had booked the shuttle for the wrong time at 3 am and went down to the desk and the staff changed it for me with a smile. One minute from Malpensa airport meant we could drop a person leaving on a 5am and come back and go back to bed. Breakfast was imcluded and amazing hot and cold selections.
