「the staff was great the rooms need improvement on being user friendly」

「Everything has an old look in the cottage - the view was good but everything from the aircon to fittings were really old and worn out. Getting a Uber from the hotel is a real challenge as there are regular taxi drivers who charge triple the rate waiting at the entrance to turn away our booking. Really frustrating when the hotel can’t help us with this matter.」

「Our room with a/c and ceiling fan, contained a large bed, tables, chairs, fridge, kettle and sink with separate toilet/ wet room. Settee outside on the verandah, large ground space from where you can view the sea, restaurant, promenade. Nice helpful staff. 」

「Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive staff nothing is a problem. Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads...

「De locatie voor bezienswaardigheden is heel goed. Hotel is zeer gedateerd, oud en smerig. Hygiënisch is het ook heel slecht. In badkamer hing aanhoudend riolering lucht. Je moet vragen voor room cleaning. Geen waterkoker aanwezig, op verzoek werd er 1 gebracht, kamer was niet schoon. Op verzoek werd het wel schoon gemaakt. Heel mooie balkon met een prachtige uitzicht, maar vies tot en met. Ontbijt stelde niks voor heel karig. Wij gingen naar een andere restaurant voor onze dagelijkse ontbijt. 」

「Bedsheets were not changed before our arrival. We had to ask twice for them to be changed. Room was comfortable but not clean. Attention to detail would make the stay that much more enjoyable. 」
