「Le séjour avait très mal démarré car j’ai acheté un une suite sur Hotel.com. A notre arrivée ce n’est pas la suite qui nous a été attribuée car ne l’av Pas autorisé à vendre cette chambre au prix où nous l’avons réservé. Après 3h30 d’échanges entre hôtel.com, l’hotel et moi, nous avons fini par intégrer la chambre ( supplément de la chambre prise en charge par Hôtel.com qui était en tord). Le séjour était magnifique. 」

「Tenuta il Cigno was an absolute haven. A beautiful property with cozy rooms and a very comfortable bed, with the quiet bustle of farm work and of horses in their paddocks. I was amazed by Stefano and his team's attentiveness and kindness and I hope to spend many more afternoons lounging by the pool and riding near the river.」

「La posizione, la stanza pulita, accogliente e ben arredata, il bagno decisamente spazioso, il servizio colazione in camera e la gentilezza del personale. L'unica cosa che non ho capito bene personalmente è come interagiscono il telecomando del condizionatore coi controlli sul termostato, ma non è che sia un difetto.」
