A notre arrivée ce n’est pas la suite qui nous a été attribuée car ne l’av Pas autorisé à vendre cette chambre au prix où nous l’avons réservé. Après 3h30 d’échanges entre hôtel.com, l’hotel et moi, nous avons fini par intégrer la chambre ( supplément de la chambre prise en charge par Hôtel.com qui était en tord). Le séjour était magnifique. 」

"The condition of the room and hotel is really bad. Looks like they haven't renovate or maintain it for the last 10 years. The carpet felt very dirty, even the floor beneath the carpet was broken, when you walk you felt a sudden depression hole underneath! This is really horrible condition."
"We stayed here for 1 night 1 total of 18 people and we were 16 people who called the desk to help us book a taxi. We ordered 2 cars for 8 people, and the desk told us that we needed 3 cars, but my other 2 friends, they went first, and we had 14 people left, and there were 2 taxis, and we saw that we could take 14 people, and then I and the service desk said can you cancel 1 car for us, and the desk agreed.
