「This is not the place to stay if you have accessibility needs. Slapping a couple of bars in the bathroom and lowering the height of the bed does make a room accessibile.The first floor was basically in the basement. 「The room was OK. The bed were pretty good pillows were not the best breakfast was pretty good, but so many things didn’t work. The ice machine what’s out of water the orange juice was out of order. There were other things that were out of order so they definitely need to update their property.」

「Room was dirty. For wrappers and caramel corn on the carpet. Trash under the sink. Dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. Staff not courteous. No smiles to be seen. Double billed me for my room.」

「Beautiful hotel...very chic! Was very clean and comfortable and it smelled fresh and clean! There was some construction/maintenance going on so the pool and hot tub were closed...but, we were forewarned of this (however, it would be nice to know BEFORE we booked a non refundable stay. We received the email after we booked). Breakfast was nice with the exception of the out of order juice dispenser. Overall, lovely and recommended!」

「Our room was awesome except the air conditioner was extremely loud. The front desk said they were having some issues with some of the air conditioners, they did offer to move us to another room when we inquired. We just ended up shutting the air off in the evening to avoid the awful noise. Staff were very pleasant.」

「Great price for a decent motel! The room was much cleaner than I expected—it was cozy and the bathroom was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The outside looks sketchy but it’s nice inside. My only concern was the complimentary breakfast. The waffle batter was runny and made gross-tasting waffles. And there weren’t many other options to choose from besides the waffles. The seating area was also very small—just one table and a loveseat/couch.」
