"The staff were very friendy and responsive to all requests. There was a hockey tournament and the hotel was well managed. The hockey parents seemed to enjoy themselves responsibly and the hotel was very quiet by 8:30pm each night so that the rest of the guests could sleep early if necessary. "

We had no radio and had to pay for music to be played on the tv
And depending where your room is (ours was NOT sound proof
As I said, those were the ONLY things we could complain about

"Staff were very helpful with anything we needed help with. Great location, as it was close by to Chinatown and walkable distance to most tourist attractions, easy access to public transport as well. We really enjoyed the stay here, and the room was spacious for 3 adults to stay in. "
