Friendly multilingual staff, huge room with comfortable beds, a couch, a table and chairs, a desk, large balcony with chairs, kitchen is complete, and it was quiet. Hot shower and aircon worked very well. 24 hours security and very helpful front staff during office hours. Fabio speaks perfect English and gave us a lot of help about getting around in the city.
