"Needs some updates and cleaning. It served is purpose however the pool looked neglected and needed cleaning."

"I love the look when we first pulled up I was expecting something different and I'm so glad me and my friends was very surprised It was clean the staff was very pleasant and nice The parking lot was clean the rooms was big nice and spacious the lady Carrie was so nice each day she asked us how we was doing when we came in and out she also checked on us and made sure that we didn't need anything she was so pleasant and I definitely will be coming back hopefully the lady Carrie will be there The smile when we enter into the hotel she also asked us if anything we need or we see something that's not right to let her know and I thought that was very nice The cleaning peoples was also nice smiling and pleasant and everybody was clean they was So pleasant we drove 14 hours from St Louis and I am so thankful we had a nice experience at the hotel keep up the good work We will be back"

"The hotel in general wasn’t very clean. The balcony was so dirty that any time spent there without shoes resulted in filthy feet. The maid service missed three straight days in our room and explained that if we had the “do not disturb” sign out they would skip it. We NEVER had the sign out. Worst part was the three nights when the temperature dropped into the high 30s low 40s and the heat in the hotel wasn’t working at all. We were told the boss had left for the weekend and wouldn’t be back until Monday. It was restored Tuesday. We had to use towels to dampen the wind coming in from both the hall door and the balcony door which made the absence of heat almost unbearable. They did offer an extra blanket. There were toenail clippings on the balcony as well. Not the best experience."

"The kids enjoyed the pools, inside and out! The hot tub was very warm but wasn't working probably but still did the job. Just wished the jets were working! Overall an excellent stay!!! Will definitely be returning!"
