"After reading all the reviews before check in, I was skeptical of keeping my reservation. I ended up arriving and was greeted kindly, checked in quickly, and got set up in a room that was clean. It could have been vacuumed better, but for the most part it was clean. Clean sheets, pillow cases, and towels. They allow pets and service animals so there is a lot of dogs that stay there. I noticed a lot of urine on the floors in the hallways. I had my service dog with me and was told I could not enter the breakfast area with the dog which made it so I could not get breakfast there the entire time. All in all, the hotel was decent and it was worth the money compared to the really high prices that were oceanfront. This hotel is only one street back from the water. Parking is $16 a day, even for handicapped."

"The property was very clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The pool felt great for it was hot when we stayed. Would like to see some more offerings of things to do for adults since most of the activities were child orientated. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"The pool was great! The room was big and quiet. The pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable and that honestly was the only negative. They had ping pong which our boys loved. And mini golf and a nice outdoor pool."

"Property was a bit dingy. Drapes were sagging. Balconies were dirty. One of the elevators was out of service for a time. The breakfast was good, although a bit pricey."
